Definition: Entry by growth
Category: Business demography
An entry by growth occurs if an enterprise was already active, but its employment was below the employee threshold for at least two years before the year when it reaches the employee threshold. This is an event that occurs only in the context of demographic data based on a threshold of one or two employees. http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/ramon/statmanuals/files/KS-RA-07-010-EN.pdf
