Category: External debt - IMF

The International Development Association (IDA), established in 1960, is the concessional lending arm of the World Bank Group. IDA provides low-income developing countries with long-term loans on highly concessional terms: typically a 10-year grace period, a 40-year repayment period, and only a small servicing charge. http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/ramon/statmanuals/files/external_debt_guide_2003_EN.pdf#page=255
