Definition: Community goods
Category: External trade
a. Goods entirely obtained in the customs territory of the Community, without the addition of goods from non-EU countries or territories which are not part of the customs territory of the Community; b. Goods from non-EU countries or territories which are not part of the customs territory of the Community which have been released for free circulation in a Member State; and c. Goods obtained in the customs territory of the Community either exclusively from the goods referred to in point a or from those referred to in points a and b (Sources: "User Guide" and "Compilers Guide")."
