Definition: Grape variety for special use

"Grape variety for special use" means a vine variety normally cultivated for purposes other than those referred to under ( a ) (Wine grape variety )and ( b ) (table grape variety), such as:

- the preparation of potable wine spirits , 

- the preparation of grape juice ,
