Definition: Pipeline transport and electricity transmission

Covers international transport of goods in pipelines. Also included are charges for the transmission of electricity when this is separate from the production and distribution process. The provision of electricity itself is excluded, as is the provision of petroleum and related products, water and other goods supplied through pipelines.
