"Measuring Capital" Manual Capital services are the productive inputs, per period, that flow to production from a capital asset. The value of capital services is the quantity of services provided by the asset multiplied by the price of those services. "Measuring Productivity" Manual The flow of productive services provided by an asset that is employed in production. Capital services reflect a (physical) quantity, not to be confused with the value, or price, concept of capital.
