[Taxes on imports] Taxes resulting from multiple exchange rates consist of implicit taxes resulting from the operation of an official system of multiple exchange rates by the central bank or other official agency. [Export taxes] Taxes resulting from multiple exchange rates consist of implicit taxes on exports resulting from the operation of an official system of multiple exchange rates.
