Definition: Participants in CVT courses

A participant in courses is a person who has taken part in one or more CVT courses at some time during the year. Each person should be counted once only, irrespective of the number of times he or she has participated in a CVT course. Therefore, if an employee has attended two externally managed courses, and one internally managed course, he or she should be counted as one participant.
