EU-b. Stocks held for other EU Member States under official agreement (Category EU-b) at the end of the period: Include stocks in your national territory which are held for another EU Member State and to which access is guaranteed in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2009/119/EC. In the EU, emergency stocks may be held for another EU Member State pursuant to a delegation request of the Government, the Central Stockholding Entity or the obligated Economic Operators of the other Member State.
