Definition: Theoretical correspondence

Category: Classifications

A theoretical correspondence between two classifications (A and B), or two versions of the
same classification, is made of pairs of codes, one from each classification. When a pair is
included, this means that the content (or part of it) of the A code is included in the content of
the B code. http://circa.europa.eu/irc/dsis/nacecpacon/info/data/en/Handbook%20part%205%20-%20Glossary.pdf
